Sep 5, 2019 · Yes, it started occuring only recently on friday right after I extended Game Pass Ultimate for one more month (I had to use a different card than before but the payment went through and the subscription is listed as active). Before that I never had any problem like this with Ultimate or regular Game Pass (before Ultimate was a thing)...

Aug 1, 2024 · Purchased an XBOX ULTIMATE GAME PASS from my game store - the same way I've done for 3-5 years (digital delivery). Logged into XBOX account (via XBOX S DIGITAL console) to redeem it the same way I've also done for 3-5 years - put in code, press arrow to check code - and (surprise!) was redirected to Subscription page saying: CONGRATULATIONS!

Nov 12, 2024 · I had gotten an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate card with the purchase of a new controller on the twelfth of this month. When I went to redeem that gift card today, it didn’t work. It says,“New customers only” The free trial is for new customers only.” I am very confused because like I said, I got this gift card on the twelfth. Please help.

Mar 27, 2023 · When I go to the redeem section to enter my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, I get all the way to the 'Here is what you get' bit, I have options to choose 'CANCEL', 'CONFIRM' or 'VIEW TERMS'. When I select 'CONFIRM', the screen just freezes and doesn't do anything for ages.

However, there is a conversion if you find old Xbox live gold ones. Trust me I am kind of in the same boat. My script is up in a month or two.
