Town doubles down on annual housing allowance support
Apr 16, 2024 · Saugeen Shores councillors doubled down on their support for the Bruce County Municipal Housing Allowance Program at their April 8 meeting, authorizing the transfer of $150,000 to the County that administers the program, i nitiated in September of 2022. It currently provides a housing allowance of $590/month to 27 households in Bruce County.
