Police say a 30-year-old woman from Hawaii who was reported missing in Los Angeles three weeks ago voluntarily traveled to Mexico

The LAPD classified Hannah Kobayashi as a voluntary missing person Monday after reviewing video showing her entering Mexico on foot.

I believe she’s in a fragile mental state and that sets her up for being taken advantage of,” Steve Fischer, a private investigator who has been searching for Kobayashi, told The Post.
