German leaders raised the possibility that a fiery cargo plane crash in Lithuania on Monday was the result of sabotage or hybrid warfare.

A DHL cargo plane crashed near an airport in Lithuania early Monday, killing a Spanish crew member and injuring three others on board, officials said.
