Alabama 2024 Opponent Preview: Oklahoma Sooners
Oklahoma is in the third season under head coach Brent Venables, who holds a combined 21-15 overall record since taking over the Sooners program back in 2022. Oklahoma also has a former Alabama assistant coach on their staff in co-defensive coordinator/cornerbacks coach Jay Valai.
After giving up just three points in their win against Alabama, the Sooners are 16th in the FBS in yards allowed per game.
