OCALA, Fla. — Sentencing is scheduled Monday for a woman who killed her neighbor in Marion County. A jury convicted Susan Lorincz of manslaughter in August. Investigators say she shot Ajike Owens through the front door of her home.

Susan Lorincz, 60, was convicted in August of killing 35-year-old Ajike “A.J.” Owens by firing a single shot from her .380-caliber handgun in June 2023.
