Rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, is being accused in a new lawsuit of choking a model on a music video set in 2010.

Last month, Kanye West’s ex-assistant sued him for allegedly drugging and raping her at a Diddy party. Now, the disgraced rapper is also facing a lawsuit from model Jenn An for allegedly sexually assaulting her and strangling her in 2010 on the set for La Roux’s “In For The Kill” music video.

Jenn An, a woman who once appeared on “America’s Next Top Model,” accused West of choking until she passed out while on the set of a music video. According to TMZ, the incident occurred in 2010 while West was filming the video for the song “In For the Kill” by La Roux.

Kanye West has been accused of sexual assault by Jenn An, a former contestant on America’s Next Top Model (ANTM). An, 39, filed a lawsuit against the rapper and designer on November 23, 2024, claiming that West sexually assaulted and strangled her during the filming of La Roux's 2009 music video for "In for the Kill."

Kanye West has been served with another lawsuit. According to the legal paperwork filed on Friday, November 22, the rapper, 47, allegedly sexually assaulted model Jenifer “Jenn” An — who was a contestant on America’s Next Top Model — on the set of La Roux’s “In for the Kill” in 2010.
