The Port of New York and New Jersey is seeking a greater share in cargo company profits, and more investment from tenants.

Saturday at sunset around 4:25 p.m., decorated boats will circle around the Babylon Cove to ring in the holiday season.

"We process, on average, over $250 billion worth of imports through that port every year," said TenaVel Thomas.
