One person was shot and killed Monday morning following some sort of fight with another driver, according to the Orlando Police Department.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was killed Monday morning in a road rage shooting in Orlando. The incident happened on East Colonial Drive near South Primrose Drive, according to NBC affiliate WESH.

On Monday, the Ramsey County Attorney’s Office charged James Allen Ameer Smith, 22, with multiple felony counts, including assaulting a 6-year-old with a dangerous weapon firearm, drive-by shooting and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
