Ivory Coast were bowled out for a record low total against Nigeria in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup Sub Regional Africa Qualifier Group C.

In a historic T20 cricket match, Ivory Coast scored only seven runs in a crushing 264-run defeat to Nigeria in Lagos. Nigeria set a record with 271 runs, with Selim Salau scoring 112 off 53 balls. Ivory Coast's performance marked the lowest score in men's T20 International history.

It was three runs fewer than the previous record of 10, set by the Isle of Man when they lost to Spain in 2023 and equalled by Mongolia against Singapore in September.

In response to Nigeria's 271 for 4 after the hosts elected to bat, Ivory Coast folded in 7.3 overs on Sunday (November 24, 2024) to also record the first instance of a single-digit team total in a men's T20I.
