"Were YesMadam employees really fired for being stressed? Absolutely not," clarifies the start-up after sparking controversy online.

YesMadam, a Noida-based home salon startup, fired over 100 employees who reported high stress levels. However, it was just gimmick to raise awareness on workplace stress.

Following severe backlash, YesMadam, in a statement, said that the viral email was a 'planned effort' and denied firing any employees.
