Priyanka Gandhi and Ravindra Chavan are set to be sworn in as Members of Parliament. Gandhi achieved a landslide victory in Wayanad. Chavan secured the Nanded seat in recent by-polls. Gandhi's win follows her brother Rahul Gandhi's vacation of the Wayanad seat.

Priyanka Gandhi clinched the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat with a thumping margin of over four lakh votes, surpassing her brother Rahul Gandhi's victory margin from the 2024 general elections.

Priyanka took her oath along with Congress leader Ravindra Vasantrao Chavan, who won the Nanded Lok Sabha seat bypoll with 5,86,788 votes. The Nanded seat fell vacant after sitting MP Vasantrao Balwantrao Chavan passed away. While Priyanka and Rahul will sit in the Lok Sabha, Sonia is a Rajya Sabha member from Rajasthan.
