Goals from Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez helped Chelsea to a 2-1 Premier League win at Leicester City on Saturday that would have been much more comfortable if Blues winger Noni Madueke had not blocked team mate Cole Palmer's goalbound shot.

This was Fernandez’s first start in the Premier League since October 6, when he struggled during a 1-1 home draw against Nottingham Forest. While he has been a regular in the Chelsea ‘B team’ instead, playing in the Carabao Cup and Conference League, this is a man who expects to play top-flight football.

Enzo Maresca made a winning return to the King Power Stadium as goals from Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez earned Chelsea a 2-1 victory against Leicester City on Saturday. Italian manager Maresca guided Leicester to the Championship title last season before he left the Midlands for Stamford Bridge in June.
