It was earlier reported that ICC will hold a meeting with PCB and BCCI over the concerns surrounding the scheduling of 2025 Champions Trophy.

Now a similar controversy has again emerged. With Pakistan set to host the ICC Champions Trophy in 2025, India is demanding a neutral venue for the tournament. The question for the ICC is whether it will accommodate India’s demand and deprive Pakistan of its full hosting rights or conduct the tournament in Pakistan without India’s participation.

The next big ICC trophy that teams will be looking forward to winning is the Champions Trophy 2025, that is scheduled to be held in Pakistan. This is the first time that the country will be hosting an ICC event since the 1996 ODI World Cup.
