After embracing President-elect Donald Trump, the Ultimate Fighting Championship chief executive said in an interview this week he won’t help future presidential campaigns, stating he “want[s] nothing to do with politics.

Despite all of that success, White still seems to feel a deep repugnance to politics as a whole. White told the New Yorker that even though he was happy to play a role in helping Trump win back the White House, he’s done being involved in politics:

You can do politics without sports, but you can’t do sports without politics. During President-Elect Donald Trump’s campaign, Dana White played a role in helping out his friend. That changes now, he said.

Dana White has made it clear that his name won't pop up as a potential candidate for any role under Donald Trump.
