Tanker drivers at Scotland’s busiest airport have threatened to ground flights over Christmas in a dispute over pay.

A new U.S. Department of Transportation rule that went into effect last month says if your flight is delayed by more than three hours for domestic trips, or more than six hours for international trips, you’re automatically entitled to a refund if you choose not to travel on the delayed flight, USA Today reported.

Tanker drivers, who deliver fuel to airlines at Edinburgh Airport, could go on strike during the upcoming holiday season.
