Q:
Is it easy accessible in March? Planning to add it on our ring road list.
A:
yes it is accessible but of course you have to wear proper bootwear like i wore anti slip ice grippers and held a stick.Enjoy!
Q:
Catch a cab from cruise terminal to godafoss
A:
It would cost a serious amount of money - best option is to join an organised trip or hire a car for the day
Q:
Catch a cab from cruise terminal to godafoss
A:
I would go on a guided coach tour where you will hear about things in the vicinity. Not sure how well English the cabdriver speaks, and it is expensive.
Q:
How far of a drive is the falls from Akureyri? We are only there for 8 hours on cruise ship.
A:
For us it only took about 30 minutes as well. Definitely see Godafoss, for it was our favorite waterfall in all of Iceland!
